What this site collects, and why.

What the demo request form collects
The "Book a demo" form asks for: full name, organisation, role, work email, the asset classes you look after, and an optional free-text message. These are the only fields on the form. Nothing else is collected through it.
The form currently submits to a Cloudflare Pages Function placeholder that returns a "received" confirmation and stores nothing: no database, no email, no third party. Until an inbox or CRM is connected, submissions are not read by anyone. The mailto fallback on the same page reaches a real inbox today.
What will change once the form is connected
When an inbox or CRM is connected, submitted details will be used only to respond to the demo or briefing request, and to follow up about it. This notice will be updated at that point to name the recipient, how long details are kept, and how to ask for them to be deleted.
No tracking on this site
This site uses no third-party analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. It uses no third-party fonts or scripts. A single first-party setting, your light or dark theme preference, may be stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice; it is never sent anywhere and never read by us.
