A defensible number. A clear line to who proposed it.
Valuation, reconciliation, benefit-cost ratios and capital event proposals, from the physical record, never posted on finance's behalf.
Valuation
Fair value, remaining service potential and depreciation, computed from physical facts and an accounting policy you control. Every figure that applies a reading of AASB 13, AASB 116, AASB 136 or Treasury guidance says, on screen, that the reading is not yet independently confirmed.
Class: bridges and major structures
Reading of AASB 13 and AASB 116 applied. Independent confirmation in progress, see below.
Register reconciliation
TodayCoreva reconciles the physical record against your ledger and proposes figures to finance. It never posts them. The proposal carries its basis, so your own review can trace every number back to the physical facts behind it.
BCR1 and BCR2, and why they differ.
TodayMulti-year plans show BCR1 and BCR2 separately, by name. A plan is never called "optimal"; it states the gap to the best plan possible.
Try it: move cost and benefit
Illustrative option, against a fixed do-minimum baselineNeither ratio ranks mutually exclusive options on its own. Sample figures, illustrative only.
Capital event proposals
TodayCapital events are proposed to finance's own process, with finance's own reference. Coreva does not book them. The proposal is journalled like any other change, with who raised it, when, and why.
The valuer and auditor confirmation, stated honestly
What "today" means here. Coreva is built to AASB 13, AASB 116, AASB 136, the relevant Treasury guidance and ISO 55001. Nobody on the team has read those standards independently of building the product against them. An independent valuer's and auditor's confirmation of the accounting readings is in progress, and has not yet completed. Where a figure depends on a reading nobody qualified has yet confirmed, the product says so on the screen, and so does this page.
